Tom has extensive experience in production management and operations, safety, environmental, process engineering, quality management and project management.  Experience includes ISO 9000 registration, authoring specifications and standard operating procedures.  His background is in elastomers and custom fabrication.

Tom earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from The Citadel and retired from the US Navy with the rank of Commander.
